The Customers page is your central hub for managing all customer information. Access it from Customers in the main navigation.
📄️ Customer Profile
Click a customer's name in the customer grid to view their full profile. The profile page shows all information about a customer and their interaction history.
📄️ Custom Attributes
Custom attributes let you extend customer profiles with your own fields beyond the built-in name, email, and phone number. Use them to store business-specific data — like customer tier, product interest, or account type — and then filter, segment, and target customers based on those values.
📄️ Customer Segments
Segments are saved filter sets that dynamically match customers. Unlike static lists, a segment's customer count updates automatically — when a customer matches the segment's criteria, they're included; when they no longer match, they're excluded.
📄️ Customer Analytics
The customer analytics dashboard gives you a customizable, drag-and-drop view of your customer data. Build widgets to visualize customer distribution, growth trends, and key metrics — all in one place.
📄️ Importing Customers
Import customers in bulk using Excel or CSV files, or enter them manually in a table view. Orki intelligently merges data with existing customers to avoid duplicates.
